76 million Xbox 360 consoles have been sold around the world to date, Microsoft has announced. This figure represents a threefold increase of the total sales achieved by the original Xbox console.
Xbox 360 has been the No.1 selling console in the US for two years straight.
In addition, the Kinect sensor has shifted 24 million units, meaning one in three Xbox 360s are paired with the sensor.
Xbox LIVE has also expanded to 46 million members, up 15 per cent year-on-year.
