• Launch Street Fighter 6
• Once you’re on the main menu, hit the specified button that will “open CFN players list”
• Afterwards, navigate over to the Search tab and select the Keyword Search category
• You can then enter either your friend’s player name or user code
• Once their player card pops up, simply press it and select the “Send Friend Request” option

It’s important to keep in mind, though, that no matter what platform you’re playing on, you will need to create a Capcom ID beforehand to play the game. If you or your friend don’t have one, then you won’t be able to find each other no matter how much searching is done.
