Will RoboCop: Rogue City have multiplayer? There is something special about an FPS game that has co-op or multiplayer, letting you take on the main story scenario with a friend or pitting yourselves against one another or other teams.

RoboCop: Rogue City is a cyberpunk-style FPS game, featuring brutal gunplay and melee combat as you attempt to stomp out the crime of Detriot as RoboCop himself, AKA Officer Alex Murphy. With a rich sci-fi city to explore and plenty of neer-do-wells to uproot, fighting crime with friends is always better.

For more RoboCop, we have guides covering whether the game will be on Xbox Game Pass and if Rogue City will ever be available on Switch. Now, onto RoboCop: Rogue City multiplayer.

Will RoboCop: Rogue City have multiplayer?

No, RoboCop: Rogue City is strictly a single-player game. The developers have always said that the game is focused on a single-player narrative and will not feature any multiplayer or co-op modes. This essentially means there will be no PvP or co-op story.

The emphasis on a single-player experience may be welcome news to some, but others who enjoy multiplayer FPS games might be disappointed that you won’t be able to play with friends or competitively in RoboCop: Rogue City. As you can see if you take a look at the game’s page on the PSN, RoboCop: Rogue City only allows for one player. While this might be the case for the game at launch, it is also unlikely that RoboCop: Rogue City will ever get multiplayer modes.

Naturally, you should never say never when it comes to these things – several single-player focused games had been given multiplayer modes after launch – take Ghost of Tsushima, for example – but unless we hear from the devs about this, you might not want to hold your breath.
