No, RoboCop: Rogue City is strictly a single-player game. The developers have always said that the game is focused on a single-player narrative and will not feature any multiplayer or co-op modes. This essentially means there will be no PvP or co-op story.

The emphasis on a single-player experience may be welcome news to some, but others who enjoy multiplayer FPS games might be disappointed that you won’t be able to play with friends or competitively in RoboCop: Rogue City.
