Resident Evil 4 Remake – Getting The Bloodied Sword
Youll need to ring all of the gongs on order to activate the door and move through into the treasury. Ashley will quickly let you know that, as well as pulling the cord, the gongs can be run by shooting them.
Pull the cord for the stag gong outside, then shoot the bird and serpent symbols inside the vault to unlock the gate.
Once inside, raid the treasure and claim the bloodied sword from inside the room. This is the most important piece of the puzzle.
Sword Puzzle solution
With the bloodied sword in hand, return to the mural and collect each of the other swords. Now it’s just a matter of matching the right sword to the right image.
- The first image of the knight standing with its blade pointed downward corresponds with the Iron Sword.
- The second image of the king knighting the knight requires the Golden Sword.
- The third image of the knight in battle needs the Bloodied Sword.
- The image of the Knight’s grave is matched with the Rusted sword.
Put each sword in its proper place and the gate will open. Now you can move further into the castle and prepare to confront Salazar.
