All Once Human Devious Painting locations and solutions

Scattered across the map are six ruins transformed into an artist studio. At each of them, you’ll find a painting that acts as a treasure map to lead you to a generous helping of useful loot. However, the maps are pretty opaque, which can make finding the locations they are hinting at tricky.

We’ll walk you through how to find all six Devious Painting locations and how to find each map’s solution. Note that whenever you visit a Devious Painting location, you’ll need to tap Q to trigger Spacetime to reveal the easel and obtain the map for each one.

Dayton Wetlands

The painting is located at coordinates 6876, -5289, in a ruin west of Sutherland Family Orchard and southeast of the Inspection Point 7802. Interact with the Artist’s Diary then grab the painting to get a clue to the crate’s location. The loot is found at coordinates 6485, -5775, on the banks of a river that runs into the sea to the west of the Overlook Town in the south of the Dayton Wetlands.

Broken Delta

You’ll find the Broken Delta Devious Painting at coordinates 5432, 5954, in a crumbling ruin on a cliff just south of the High Banks settlement. The map leads to coordinates 5732, -6811, an island in the middle of a river just south of Meyer’s Market in the south of the Broken Delta.

Iron River

Head to coordinates 5890, -4258 to find the painting in a ruin just north of the Monolith of Greed. Tracking the location on the painting takes you to a road northeast of the Mirage Monolith in the north of the Iron River at coordinates 6641, -2532. You’ll find the reward in the middle of the road.

Chalk Peak

For the Chalk Peak Devious Painting, head to coordinates 661, -6166 to find yet another ruin containing the painting and map. You’ll find the reward at coordinates 1923, -5104, a crossroads just southeast of the Monolith of Thirst roughly in the centre of the Chalk Peak region.

Red Sands

To find the Red Sands Devious Painting, head to coordinates 4748, -2144, which puts you out in the desert south of Blackfell and northeast of Evergreen. As for the reward, you’ll find it not too far at coordinates 4542, -1132 on the side of the road lining the northeast portion of the Blackfell Fallen Zone.

Blackheart Region

The painting is located at coordinates 5676, 1279, in a similar ruin to the previous ones northwest of the Dry Valley Frontier. You’ll find the reward at coordinates 4778, 1478 in the very north of the region on a small island in the middle of the river.
