Just take part in the Trick or Treat activity, or fight the returning world boss Baalphazu for Nightveil Tokens – some of these you can just earn straight up, some you’ll have to trade Ichor for. Then, simply use these Nightveil Tokens in the Event shop to get your rewards. Be quick though, as you’ll only have until the event ends to get them.
