Morant can do it all, but with the type of explosiveness he brings, he has transformed himself into one of the best and most feared rim attackers in the league.
Zion Williamson – 97 overall
Williamson kicked off the 2022-23 season with a bang, and speckled throughout his dynamic play, were that of some ferocious dunks. Even with the injuries he’s sustained and the size and muscle he possesses, Williamson comes with flat-out incredible bounce and remains to be one of the best dunkers in the league, despite his limited playing time. After having a 95 overall dunk rating at launch for NBA 2K23, Williamson received a 97 overall this year to tie Ja Morant for the best dunk rating in the game.
Shaedon Sharpe – 96 overall
The young Trail Blazer has one-of-a-kind bounce that led him to perform multiple highlight-reel worthy dunks throughout his rookie campaign. In fact, Sharpe was initially supposed to participate in the 2023 Dunk Contest before deciding to withdraw. If he had participated, Sharpe would have definitely been the favorite to win the Dunk Contest. Though some might think his 96 dunk rating is a little high, Sharpe really does have some elite hops and be sure to lookout for more highlight reels and another Dunk Contest bit over the 2023-24 season.
