Even with all of this new information surrounding NBA 2K24 flooding onto the scene on July 7, NBA 2K23 MyTEAM has continued to pump out some remarkable player items for fans to purchase and unlock, including its new collection of End Game players.

With Season 7’s emphasis being on the Invincible players, Season 8 has directed its focus towards a new Dark Matter player series, introducing none other than the End Game players. If you thought Invincible players were good, End Game items are even better, with every single skill attribute consisting of a 99 overall rating to go along with the fact that each comes with 64 Hall of Fame Badges.

If End Game players are what you’re after, you’ve come to the right place. In this guide, we list all of the new End Game players you can purchase or unlock in NBA 2K23 MyTEAM and detail how you can get your hands on them here.

NBA 2K23 MyTEAM End Game Players and how to get them

Upon loading into NBA 2K23 MyTEAM, fans can find a total of 26 End Game players at this time. Most of them are available in new packs that are released. However, with the arrival of Season 8, fans can secure a few others that come as rewards elsewhere in MyTEAM.

The most common way to secure new End Game players in NBA 2K23 is from packs available in the Pack Market. Fans can draw these players currently from the Wilt Chamberlain End Game Pack, any of the six available End Game Option Packs, and the Season 7 Super Pack. Of all the packs in the market, there’s seven that will guarantee you an End Game player – these include all of the End Game Option Packs (Wilt Chamberlain, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O’Neal and Luka Dončić), as well as the Season 7 Super 20 Pack Box.

Depending which pack you purchase, these choices in the Pack Market can range from anywhere between 7,500 VC to 200,000+ VC. So be sure to pick wisely before making your decision. If purchasing packs isn’t your preferred method of acquiring these new players, you can also pursue them in the Auction Market. That said, all of them are currently coming with bids starting at 100,000 MyTEAM Coin, which even for an End Game player, is a daunting price tag to meet.

Level 1 End Game Player Reward

When you log into the Season 8 Menu for the first time on the MyTEAM home page, you will receive a free End Game PG/SG Stephen Curry player item as your Level 1 reward. That’s right! In case any of you have yet to do this in MyTEAM, you can unlock a free 99 Dark Matter End Game Stephen Curry item simply by heading into the Season 8 Menu. As soon as you do so, the Level 1 Curry item will appear. This End Game Curry item is easily one of the best free rewards NBA 2K23 has released since the game launched, so be sure to take advantage of it if you haven’t already.

Level 40 End Game Player Reward

A key reason why NBA 2K23 granted fans the opportunity to unlock the End Game Curry item, is so that they can use it in their quest to grind after the new Season 8 Level 40 End Game player reward, C/PF Joel Embiid. Being able to make your way to Level 30 is already quite the feat to accomplish in NBA 2K23 MyTEAM for any season. But reaching Level 40 is a whole different ball game, demanding fans to earn a total of 150,000 XP. Upon doing so, only then will fans be able to unlock Embiid’s End Game card.

Clutch Time Offline End Game Reward

If you’re a big fan of the MyTEAM offline mode Clutch Time, there’s a brand new End Game player reward you can unlock upon securing a total of 100 wins – SG/PG Allen Iverson. As some fans might know, Clutch Time is a competitive mode that can also be challenging seeing you can get knocked down a tier if you lose more than two games. This is on top of the fact that the difficulty level keeps on going up as you accumulate more wins. However, with many fans having such stacked lineups to work with at this point, this reward is an enticing one that isn’t impossible to snag.

All-Time Spotlights Collection End Game Rewards

In addition to the reward path player prizes, fans can also unlock an additional Season 8 End Game player and two previous from Season 7 by completing the All-Time Spotlights Collection. Throughout the month of June, NBA 2K23 MyTEAM released 30 All-Time Spotlights Challenges, one for every team, that came with a Dark Matter player item prize for each.

If you collect the 15 All-Time Spotlights player prizes for the Eastern Conference and all 15 for the Western Conference, you will be able to unlock an End Game Option Pack, allowing you to pick one of the following three End Game players – Bill Russell (C/PF), Kevin Durant (SF/SG), and Paolo Banchero (PF/SF). Though Durant and Banchero are two Season 7 End Game players that can also be found in the Auction House, Russell is an exclusive reward you can only unlock by completing this All-Time Spotlights Collection.
