What with the new murder-mystery inspired Magic: The Gathering sets releasing soon, here’s where to pre-order and buy Murders at Karlov Manor Play Booster sets.
The new set is going to feature an exploration into a Cluedo inspired Ravnica mystery, a fitting evolution for the TCG which has a rooted history in board games and table top gaming history. The release of Murders marks a historic shift away from traditional Draft Booster boxes, introducing Play Boosters instead. Where you would have once received 15 cards in a draft pack, it’s now only 14. This change was brought in by Wizards of the Coast to reduce the confusion around purchasing booster boxes, streamlining buying options also means that stores won’t be left with surplus stock after the hype around a new set is finished.
Where to buy Murders at Karlov Manor Play Boosters and precon decks
There’s quite a few buying options to get started with Murders at Karlov Manor, with smaller pack collections available if you’re not willing to spend hundreds of dollars on MTG cards. If you’re trying to get started with Magic: The Gathering, it’s probably a good idea to check out the best precon Commander decks instead.
Murders at Karlov Manor pre-orders are now available too
Murders at Karlov Manor Play Booster pre-orders are now live, with options available for the four Commander decks alongside all the Collector Boosters. Pre-orders are scheduled to be released on February 9th, though it’s not clear if they’re going to ship in time for anyone drafting Murders at Karlov Manor.
At the moment, it looks like TCGPlayer have run its Murders stock dry, so Amazon seems to be your best option at the moment.
