If you want to get Plucked Eyeballs in Lords of the Fallen, you need to be on the lookout for Red Lanterns. You won’t find them everywhere so keep your eyes peeled. They are typically close to the ground and are surrounded by red moths.

To interact with a Red Lantern, use your Soulflay ability on it. This will cause red moths/butterflies to fly out. Follow the trail of red butterflies to whatever enemy they fly into. This will become a special named enemy.

Now, you simply need to defeat the enemy. This will get you the currency you are after. Of course, this is easier said than done since these enemies offer pretty difficult encounters.

To spend your Plucked Eyeballs in Lords of the Fallen, you need to visit the Shrine of the Putrid Mother. This shrine is located in Skyrest.

From the Vestige, head to the left to where Molhu is. This is the side opposite of where Stomund, Captain of the Fidelis is standing. Go up the stairs and use your Umbral Lamp to enter the Umbral Realm. From there, continue to the back of the room to find the shrine at the end of the hallway.

When you access the shrine menu, you will see a progress bar at the bottom of the screen. As Plucked Eyes are donated, the progress bar fills, unlocking more rewards. These rewards are Umbral Scourings, Tincts, Eye of Vengeance, Rebirth Chrysalis, and even armor pieces.
