Looking for Early Access to Like a Dragon Gaiden? With Kiryu’s next adventure almost here, players are wondering if they can get to play the game early.

Read up on the game’s highlights in our Like a Dragon Gaiden release date guide. The Yakuza spinoff on Kiryu looks promising and we can’t wait to try the game out for ourselves.

Can you get Early Access in Like a Dragon Gaiden

There is no Early Access option for players looking to try Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name on consoles or PC. You’ll get access to the game at the same time as everyone else. Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC players will have to wait for its release date. Kiryu’s latest outing has him working with the elusive Daidoji faction and gives players new agent tools to play with.

You’ll get to meet returning characters as well as new ones like Homare Nishitani III, patriarch of the Kijin Clan, and Kihei Hanawa, a handler of the Daidoji faction. Expect appearances from fan favorites like Goro Majima and Daigo Dojima. The game is launching on last-gen consoles like the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 as well. This lets even more players step into the shoes of Kiryu once more and take down new threats.

That covers Early Access in Like a Dragon Gaiden. While you can’t try the game early, check if Like a Dragon Gaiden is on Game Pass. While it reportedly took six months to make, this game forms a connection between earlier games and the next Yakuza title. And this one sticks to the brawler combat instead of the turn-based moves from its predecessor. The game promises plenty of action and emotional beats for both veteran fans and newcomers.
