Where to find the caught thief’s map location in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

If you manage to defeat Black Martosch at Trosky Castle in a practice fight, he’ll hand over a document called the Caught Thief’s Map. It depicts a hastily sketched map, pinpointing the location of a thief camp, presumably housing some tasty loot for Henry to pick up

Given the map isn’t exactly to scale and bears very few details, tracking down the exact spot can be tricky. In this guide, we’ll walk you through where to find the Caught Thief’s Map location in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2.

Caught Thief’s Map location

To find the Caught Thief’s Map location, you’ll need to find the Thief’s Camp in the hill to the east of the Nebakov mill in the south of the Trosky Region. If you look at the map, you’ll see a fortress in the bottom-left hand corner, which is the Nebakov Fortress. The two buildings in the center of the map point to the Nebakov Mill and the Gamekeeper Varel’s house. The lines represent roads, while the water is the pond to the southeast of the mill.

Fast travel into the Nebakov Mill, then travel along the road going east, then take a left at the crossroads that leads into the rocks. Press on down the road a short way then veer east into the forest. At the edge of the next line of rocks further up the hill, you’ll come to a Thief’s Camp – the location pinpointed on the Caught Thief’s Map.

There’s a lone thief sitting by the fire that you’ll need to deal with. Approaching stealthily from behind for a silent kill is your best option here. You can then loot his body for various gear. There’s also a chest to the right of the white canopy. It’s locked though and is classified as hard, so you may need to return when you’ve leveled up your Thievery and lockpicking skills to tackle it and get the loot inside.
