Is Competitive Crossplay in Overwatch 2?
No, unfortunately, Crossplay is not available for PC to Console gamers in competitive. This would create an unfair advantage and inaccurate rankings which would cause a lot of frustrations and overall dissatisfaction with gameplay. Although, Console Gamers do have the ability to crossplay in Ranked mode with no restrictions. This includes:

All PC gamers have the ability to play crossplay with all of these previously mentioned consoles through simple game modes such as Quick Play, Arcade, and Custom Game. PC though is again only able to play Competitive with other PC players, to give a balance to the ranks. Why is this?
A keyboard and mouse are considered to be much more accurate than a regular console gaming controller. With the ability to have extremely high MS in the mouse, and rapid response rate from the keyboard, this gives an unfair advantage to PC gamers. As Console players can only control so much of the controller, and it is limited to response time and accuracy.
