How to watch Fortnite Marvel live event Doom vs Hope

Fortnite’s most anticipated live event is inching closer as Doom makes his way to the island and Heroic Hope gets her troops ready for an epic battle. Over the past few weeks, loopers have completed several tasks for Hope and Captain Jonesy as part of Story Quests to prepare for this clash with Doom’s forces and the big boss himself.

Now that Doom is coming to the island as loopers have defeated the Doombot, players anticipate that the entire Chapter 5 Season 4 is about to change, including the lore and gameplay for the rest of the season. This change will further lead up to events that will propel players into the next Fortnite season on November 2nd.

How to watch the Fortnite live event

To watch the Fortnite live event, you need to load into a Battle Royale or a Zero Build lobby either in Public or Private matchmaking. We recommend queueing into the match between 1:55 PM ET to 1:57 PM ET and staying in the air as long as possible.

Once it’s closer to 2 PM ET, land near the timer on the center of the island and build a ramp-up to witness the live event. We’ve marked the spot where you can find the timer in the map above.

Make sure you survive until the end of the timer so the event kicks off and you’re able to engage in the gameplay with other players in your lobby and aid Heroic Hope to defeat Doom and his forces.

As for the leaks, the latest rumors suggest that players will be playing alongside Captain Jonesy, Heroic Hope, and Peelverine NPCs to battle Doom and his army during the live event. Furthermore, leaked voice lines have also suggested combat gameplay using weapons.
