Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League is finally out. Unfortunately, the KTJL game is not what some players wanted as there are many complaints about its story, gameplay, and the fact it requires a constant connection at all times even for single-player. If you’re not happy with the experience, here you will discover how to get a refund for the Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League game on PC, Xbox, and PS5.

Arguably the biggest issue with Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League is that it cannot be played offline. Rocksteady has promised a post-launch update for offline gameplay, but we don’t when it will arrive. This is a massive shame as connectivity problems really break the immersion and can destroy the wonderful cut-scenes brought to life by the excellent cast of voice actors.

But, while the online requirement is an issue that will hopefully be resolved sooner, there are no updates that are going to change the core looter-shooter gameplay and story. So, if you’re not happy with the gameplay or story, the only thing you can do is hope that you’re eligible for a refund.

How to refund the Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League game

You can refund Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League on PC if you have a total playtime of less than two hours. It’s also crucial that you make the refund within 14 days of purchase as per Valve’s FAQ. Provided you meet the criteria, simply follow the below steps on Steam:

  • Open Steam Help
  • Log into your account
  • Click on Purchases
  • Select Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League if it is listed
  • Choose the problem you are having with the game (I purchased accidentally/gameplay issue)
  • Select I’d Like to Request a Refund
  • Fill out and submit the refund form

After doing all of the above, you should receive an email saying your form was successfully submitted. It’s not guaranteed that you will get a refund, but you should provided you’ve played less than two hours and purchased KTJL within 14 days.

As for Xbox, Microsoft’s support page also says you can try to get a refund if you’ve similarly purchased a digital game within 14 days and played fewer than two hours. Assuming you meet these requirements for KTJL on Xbox, open the support page online and sign into your account to start the refund request. Remember it is not guaranteed you will get a refund.

Lastly, for PS5, you are screwed if you have downloaded the game and played a nanosecond. Per the PSN store refund request web page, you can only hope to get your money back on pre-orders made within 14 days that you have not downloaded or played.
