As with other Pokemon games, Rare Candy can be found in random locations throughout the various regions. In total, there should be sixty acquirable Rare Candies out in the wild. They are stored inside Pokeballs, but you’ll know you have found one if there is a pink flame surrounding the Pokeball. In such a case, upon picking up, the Pokeball will turn into a Rare Candy. 

Rare Candy From Tera Raids

Secondly, you can also obtain Rare Candy by participating in 6-star Tera Raid Battles. After completing one, players are granted several randomized items as rewards. Although a Rare Candy is not guaranteed, still this method is an effective method to farm additional quantities. If you have discovered all the Rare Candies in the wild, then this will be your best bet.

Rare Candy Through Poke Battles

Finally, the last and perhaps the most uncertain way to earn Rare Candies is to participate in battles with the Pickup Ability enabled.
