Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 has been running wild with a plethora of new content and a serene island for players to land on. The new map called Oninoshima has six biomes and new locations, all of which are themed after Japanese culture and legends. Alongside the new additions to the map, new weapons and creatures have also been added to the island. While many of the creatures like Sprites are friendly and aid players during gameplay, a beast is coming to the game who is the king of monsters, Godzilla. Since a giant Godzilla was seen in the Chapter 6 Season 1 gameplay trailer, fans can also get their hands on a compact version of the beast as a Fortnite skin. Here’s how to get it.
How to unlock Godzilla skin in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1
The Godzilla skin is a secret outfit in the Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1: Demon Hunters Battle Pass and is called Godzilla Evolved. However, when it comes to unlocking the outfit, players will be able to unlock it starting January 17, 2025, when the Godzilla Rewards page becomes accessible to owners of the Battle Pass and players gain 24 account levels by completing quests.
Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to unlock all the Godzilla rewards including the Godzilla Evolved skin that is reactive and will feature different kinds of glow in the game. The outfit is themed after the appearance of the character similar to the Monsterverse films like Godzilla vs Kong. The quickest way to earn 24 account levels is to complete the newly added Godzilla quests that are active in the game right now and each quest completion grants 25,000 XP.
When it comes to more Godzilla collab items, you’ll be able to unlock Godzilla’s Exo-Spine Back Bling, the Crystal Fang Pickaxe, the Mothra Glider, and the Lil’ Godzilla Attack Emote. Complete all the Quests and you’ll unlock Godzilla Evolved’s Energized Godzilla Style. These Battle Pass Quests will be available to complete until Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 6 Season 1 ends on February 21, 2025, at 2 AM ET.
