High On Life features bonus levels you can reach by using Warp Discs. These discs are handed out during specific bounties, and additional ones can be bought from Blorto in Blim City in exchange for Warp Crystals.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through unlocking Warp Discs, how to use them, how to get more, and how to farm for crystals.

Unlocking Warp Discs

High On Life Warp Discs

Though you’ll unlock the Warp Remote reasonably early on in High On Life as you go through the Krubis bounty, you’ll need to complete a few steps before you can Warp at will.

First, complete the Douglas bounty. Once you return to the house in Blim City, go out of the front door and head straight ahead to the food stand with the octopus on the roof. Talk with Blorto there to unlock Warp Discs and the illegal Warp Disc shop.

To use Warp Discs in High On Life, use the Bounty 5000 console at the house to portal back to previously-visited worlds and then locate a Warp Signal, recognizable for emitting a vertical, blue-purple beam.

For example, portal to the Upper Valley in Zephyr Paradise. Head left up to the ridge above to find a Warp Signal. These are scattered across all portal locations, so they shouldn’t be too hard to find. Once you’ve found one, you can use all and any Warp Discs whenever you want.

To use a Warp Disc at a Warp Signal, interact with the floating icon at the base of a Warp Signal beam. Select the Warp Disc you want to use from the menu that pops up and confirm.

How to Get More Warp Discs in High On Life

High On Life Warp Discs

You can buy more Warp Discs from Blorto’s food stand in the central plaza in Blim City. You can buy the following:

  • Cutie Town Warp Disc – 0 Crystals
  • Movie Theater Warp Disc – 3 Crystals
  • Skate Park Warp Disc – 8 Crystals
  • Trolley Tracks Warp Disc – 5 Crystals
  • Toilet Warp Disc – 5 Crystals
  • Quiet Cottage Warp Disc – 10 Crystals

How To Get More Warp Crystals

Buying all the Warp Discs from Blorto’s costs a total of 31 crystals in High On Life. You can get these from Warp Bases. You’ll need to kill all the enemies surrounding the base to gain access to the crystal. Waiting for these bases to spawn as you go through the main story isn’t efficient or reliable. Fortunately, it’s possible to farm Warp Crystals.

  • Head to the Bounty 5000 in the house in Blim City and dial in the Upper Jungle in Zephyr Paradise. Head through the Portal.
  • Take a right when you exit the portal, and cross onto the highway you spawned in during the early game.
  • Head into the cave on your right, and make your way through, grappling when needed, until you can shoot a green blob to deploy plants.
  • Jump to the first plant, then grapple to the next.
  • Once on the other side, head for the building below on the right.
  • Jump onto the roof and grab the Warp Crystal.
  • Head through the portal next to the building, then portal back to the Upper Jungle to reset the farming route.

You can repeat this as many times as you need. For reasons beyond us, passing through the cave unlocks the seal over the Warp Crystal. If you head straight to the building after portalling in, you can’t pick up the Warp Crystal.
