The first location, Rockford Hills, is located in the northern part of the city. Specifically, there is an alleyway /shopping centre area where you can typically see NPCs with their dogs. This includes poodles and pugs if you are on the lookout for those as well.

Next up is Richman. This is the rich neighbourhood in the northwestern part of the city. Here, you will most likely see NPCs walking in and out of their homes. The most common NPC can be seen walking into a house with bushes lining the walkway.

The final location is the apartment buildings in Burton. Here, you can often find NPCs walking the streets around the entire city block. Other animals can be found in the city but if you are looking for farm animals, you will need to head north, especially if you are looking for pigs or chickens.
