Epic’s battle royale shooter will be dropping its next seasonal update very soon, leading fans to ponder when is the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4 start time?
Following what’s largely been considered by fans as a disappointing Wilds season, the community will be keeping a close eye on what’s to come. It’s also worth noting that last year’s Chapter 3 only had four seasons, so the next update may indeed be the last for Chapter 4 before what’s sure to be a larger overhaul in Chapter 5.

What is the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4 start time?
There is not a specific start time for Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4, though it is now known that the previous season’s end time will be at 2:00am ET. Epic Games has also revealed that server downtime will begin at 3am PT / 6am ET / 11am BST, meaning players will likely be able to start dropping into the new update a few hours afterwards.
Usually, Epic takes down the Fortnite servers in order to update the backend and client for the new season a couple of hours before it launches, with the last couple of seasons going down in the early hours of the morning to minimise disruption. Based on the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 start time, here’s when we think the update will be live:
