We’re taking a look at a skill move that can create some easy goalscoring opportunities if used correctly. Learn how to tornado spin in FC 24 to truly bamboozle the opposition.

This is a top-tier skill move, so you will need to be controlling a five-star skiller to pull it off! Find out how to tornado spin in FC 24 below.

How to tornado spin in FC 24

The tornado spin will see your player slow down the ball by dragging it from one side to the other with the underside of each boot, while twisting, before knocking it forward to burst away at a 90-degree angle.

To use the skill move you must be controlling a player with five-star Skill Moves.

If you want to perform the move simply do the following:

Tornado Spin Left

  • Hold L1 + Flick Right Stick Forwards then Left

Tornado Spin Right

  • Hold L1 + Flick Right Stick Forwards then Right

The instructions are direction-relative, so apply to the way your player is facing. That means if you are running straight towards the opposition goal, you will want to flick the Right Analogue Stick towards the opponent’s goal, then left or right to one of the sidelines to perform the move.

It is a great way to create a new passing or shooting angle if you find your path is blocked. With a sharp change of angle, you can outmaneuver less agile plater.

You can also use the tornado spin very effectively to cut back from the edge of the box. This can give teammates more time to flood the box for a simple tap-in.
