FC 24 Eredivisie Squad Foundations – Objectives and SBC

The FC 24 release date is almost here, but some fans are already on the latest game through FC 24 early access! Squad Foundations have returned, with the Eredivisie giving us our first player set of the season. 

A staple of FUT campaigns, Squad Foundations consists of objectives and an SBC of several players from the same league to help you build a team around. Take a look at our guide for everything regarding the Eredivisie Squad Foundations in FC 24 Ultimate Team below.

FC 24 Squad Foundations: Eredivisie Objectives 

Start Date: September 24 

Expiry Date: December 22 

The Squad Foundations: Eredivisie Objectives can be found under the Milestones tab in FUT 24. To earn the group reward of a Squad Foundations Couhaib Driouech (OVR 84), you will need to complete four tasks. The requirements are as follows: 

Oranje 

• Assist 5 goals in Squad Battles on Min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals) with an Eredivisie player. 

Reward – 1 x Squad Foundations Jasper Cillessen (OVR 83) 

Sharpshooter 

• Score 10 goals in Squad Battles on Min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals) with an Eredivisie player. 

Reward – 1 x Premium Gold Pack 

Play 10 

• Play 10 matches in Squad Battles on Min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals) while having at least 2 players from Eredivisie in your starting 11. 

Reward – 1 x Squad Foundations Gijs Smal (OVR 83) 

Dutch 6 

• Win 6 matches in Squad Battles on Min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals) while having at least 2 players from Eredivisie in your starting 11. 

Reward – 1 x 78+ x2 Rare Gold Players Pack 

Chuba Akpom Squad Foundations SBC (OVR 85) 

Start Date: September 24 

Expiry Date: October 24

SBC Requirements 

As part of the Eredivisie Squad Foundations release, a player has also gained an upgraded card via SBC. To unlock the 85-rated Squad Foundations Chuba Akpom you will need to submit two squads. The requirements are as follows: 

England 

• England Players: Minimum one 
• Team Rating: Minimum 84 

Reward – 1 x Small Electrum Players Pack 

86-Rated Squad 

• Team Rating: Minimum 86 

Reward – 1 x Jumbo Gold Pack

Top Tips 

Are the Eredivisie Squad Foundations worth it, and if so, how can you complete them fast? You’re in the right place! Here are some top tips, including the best players to use to complete the objectives. 

First off, are the Squad Foundations players worth it? We’ll be honest, these cards aren’t anything special. However, aside from FUT Heroes, they are the best-rated the Eredivisie has to offer! With future objectives likely to require Eredivisie players, we think it is good to grab these guys while you can. The requirements are super easy to complete, so just take a little time to add three players to your club for free! 

You may have doubts about completing the Chuba Akpom SBC, and we wouldn’t blame you! It does seem a bit pricey, especially at this early stage of the season. Yet, we think it’s worth completing so you have a decent attacking option from the Eredivisie in your club. Stick a Hunter on him and he has 98 PAC, 91 SHO, and 86 PHY. According to our friends at EasySBC, that will only give him a maximum Meta Rating of 84.4. However, FUTBIN tells us he will have the stats of an 89-rated striker, which makes him seem like a steal! 

It is possible to complete all the objectives in 10 matches, and if you’re not confident about doing them in Rivals, then head to Squad Battles with their new four-minute halves! Make sure your team has a minimum of two players from the Eredivisie in it. We advise using the Squad Foundations Akpom and any other Eredivisie player. If you don’t want to complete the SBC, you can pick up Steven Bergwijn (OVR 79) and Steven Berguis (OVR 81) for less than 1,500 coins and play them. Stick Squad Battles on an easy difficulty, then get your 10 goals and five assists sorted in one game. That will give you Squad Battles Cillessen, and then you can use him and Akpom in Rivals (or Squad Battles) as your two Eredivisie representatives to complete the remaining objectives.
