To make up for the jump in difficulty and a fresh roster of new bosses, Shadow of the Erdtree introduces Scadutree Blessing. They are essentially a damage and damage negation multiplier that you can apply to your Tarnished by finding fragments throughout the map, typically near Miquella’s Crosses and out and about, then visiting a site of grace and selecting Shadow Realm Blessing. It’s similar to standard levelling up in that sense.

There are 50 total fragments to find in 41 different locations to push your Scadutree Blessing to level 20. You’ll find all these below, separated by major map regions for easier navigation. Note that they are different to Revered Spirit Ash Blessing, which only boosts Spirit Ash and Torrent. Each level requires a set number of fragments, increasing the higher you go:

Level 1 – x1 fragments
Level 2-10 – x2 fragments
Level 10-20 – x3 fragments

You can also pick up Cross maps from Hornsent, the ‘dour’ chap, at the Three-Path Cross site of grace in Gravesite Plain and Highroad Cross in Scadu Altus to speed up the process.

4	In a room in the north of Belurat. To reach it, head to the large chamber with the two spiders in the upper part of Belurat. Jump over the rubble to the right just before the entrance and go through the doorway, then follow the path to find a Miquella’s Cross and a fragment beside it.	x1
5	At the foot of a statue just south of the Castle Front site of grace near Castle Ensis in Gravesite Plain.	x1

25	On the arm of the statue at the center of the Sunken Chapel in the Shadow Keep, Church District. If you’ve lowered the water, there’s a lift going up on the ground floor. Otherwise, you’ll need to jump across the rooftops from the Church District Entrance site of grace.	x1

30	In a cave in the north of the Cerulean Coast. From the Cerulean Coast West site of grace, follow the path that leads northeast. Stick left and you’ll come to a cave guarded by glowing worms and several demi-humans.	x1

Charos’ Hidden Grave

34	Defeat the hippo in the lake south of the Viaduct Minor Tower site of grace. The area is accessible via a lift southeast of the site of grace and a short tunnel.	x1
35	Head the Rauh Ancient Ruins, West site of grace, head west in the ruins. At the top of the stairs in a Wandering Noble carrying a pot. Defeat them to get the fragment.	x1
36	Start from the Raugh Ancient Ruins, East and head west back into the ruins. Run past the first Spiritspring then up the second. Ahead of you is a Wandering Noble carrying a pot you can kill to get the fragment.	x1

40	Start at the Spiral Rise site of grace. Head east out of the doors and down the stairs. Take a left down another flight of stairs just off from the kneeling enemy. Go through the door way and leap off the ledge onto the stairs below. In the chamber ahead, drop down onto the ledge underneath. Go left and drop down again then follow the arches, but watch out for the gap you’ll need to jump across. Jump down again to the ledge below, then jump down further until you hit solid ground. Go down the stairs then take a right and leap across the gap into the window. You’ll enter Belurat. The fragment is at the foot of a statue covered in a large pieces of fabric.	x1

Jagged Peak

41	On the path that leads up to Jagged Peak Mountainside site of grace. Use the two Spiritsprings, then press on into the section with the rolling boulders. The fragment is on the ground underneath where the first boulder starts its tumble down the hill.	x1
