* Indicates a new signing for the 2023/24 season
Heavy investment in some talented young players makes Bournemouth an exciting option for a save in FC 24 Career Mode. The likes of Tyler Adams, Milos Kerkez, and Alex Scott can from the backbone of the team for many years to come. As for online matches, the Cherries look a little light in the middle of the park, although they do boast some pace in the wide areas that could be useful.
Neto – 79 overall
Neto is now skipper of the Cherries, and it is easy to see why. Having played for the likes of Barcelona and Valencia, and Juventus, Neto is easily the most experienced player in the squad. A 79 overall rating should suffice for Neto having kept six clean sheets last season, helping keep Bournemouth in the Premier League for another season.
Tyler Adams – 78 overall
USA international Tyler Adams is something of a coup for Bournemouth. Rumour has it Chelsea were after him, so for Bournemouth to snap him up is a great effort. It must be said that Chelsea have tried to sign everyone this summer, but it’s still a good signing. Adams was one of Leeds’ standout stars last season. His untimely injury saw Leeds win just two of their last 12 games and being relegated from the Premier League.
Hamed Traore – 77 overall
Bournemouth turned Hamed Traore’s loan into a permanent deal this summer. Despite playing just seven games and failing to register a goal, Traore did provide three assists. This was enough for Bournemouth, and Traore could be one of their leading attackers this season. With a 77 overall he will be one of their best in FC 24, and should have one of the highest potentials in the squad too.
Justin Kluivert – 76 overall
Dutch winger Justin Kluivert is now the youngest player ever to have played in all five of Europe’s major leagues. Kluivert scored eight goals in all competitions for Valencia last season. This prompted Bournemouth to shell out around £10 million for the pacey winger. This could prove to be a shrewd bit of business.
Philip Billing – 76 overall
Danish international Philip Billing ended last season as Bournemouth’s top goal scorer. Standing at 6’6″, Billing can use his towering frame to dominate in the air. Billing is more than capable with the ball at his feet too, as shown by his ability to play anywhere in midfield. A 76 overall could be a little low for the Dane after his efforts last season.
Whether any more players arrive on the South Coast, we will have to wait and see. In the meantime, take a look at who we think will make up the list of FC 24 strongest players.
