EA FC 24 – How to open packs with unassigned items

How to open packs with unassigned items in FC 24

A common frustration for Ultimate Team players is the constant wave of unassigned items that confront you whenever you open packs. 

These items, most often players, that could otherwise be used for SBCs are left to rot and you are eventually forced to get rid of them forever. 

What if we told you there was a way to keep these items, whilst also being able to continue to open packs? 

Presently, you are unable to open packs in Ultimate Team if you have unassigned items in your club, but there is a loophole that you can exploit in order to get the best of both worlds.

You need to utilise the quick sell recovery option, found in the Web App or UT Companion App. 

This function allows you to recover quick sold items up to 7 days following their initial discard. 

This means, in FC 24, you can discard duplicated/unassigned players, sort your club out, then recover the quick-sold item and pretend as if nothing ever happened! Learn how to quick sell recovery in FC 24.

As mentioned above, quick-sold items permanently disappear after 7 days and you can only recover player items, not other consumables.

As a way of building your club, and allowing you to still open packs whilst working with unassigned items, there is no better method to use than the quick sell recovery function.
