If your gaming rig isn’t quite up to hitting the system requirements to power Dynasty Warrior Origins’ 1000-soldier battles but fancy pre-ordering the game, then shifting over to cloud streaming might be the only way for you to sample the latest entry in the hack-and-slash series. While there are several options to choose from, none are quite as well regarded as NVIDIA’s GeForce NOW. As long as you have a decent broadband connection, then you can tap into warehouses full of churning RTX GPUs to ensure buttery smooth frame rates and, hopefully, latency you don’t even pick up on.
Sadly, Dynasty Warriors Origins doesn’t look like it will be on NVIDIA’s service in time for launch day on January 17, 2025. It’s not heading to Game Pass either. In this guide, we’ll walk you through all the details we have around Dynasty Warriors Origins coming to GeForce NOW.
Is Dynasty Warriors Origins coming to GeForce NOW?
Short of an announcement after we’ve hit publish on this article, Dynasty Warriors Origins isn’t coming to GeForce NOW in any officially announced capacity. Typically, we see NVIDIA and publishers make a song and dance about GeForce NOW availability in the lead up to release but it’s been eerily quiet on that front for Dynasty Warriors Origins.
That’s not to say the game won’t make its way over the cloud streaming service in the future, possibly even very shortly after release, but as it stands, there are no firm plans like we saw for recent big games like Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and Stalker 2.
Previous series entries, like Dynasty Warriors 8, are available on the service and we’ve seen other Koei Tecmo releases land there in recent years like Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, so there’s a solid chance we’ll see Origins follow suit. Though, for now, that remains speculative. We’ll keep a keen ear out for any news and jump back in and update this guide if and when any new details surface.
