Does Rise of the Ronin have early access?
No, there is no early access period for Rise of the Ronin. Sony and Team Ninja are not offering this out as a pre-order incentive, which could be seen as good or bad. The inclusion of early access removes the importance of release dates and lets a select few get ahead.
Naturally, this will upset many but the reality is you will have to wait until the game’s official release date on March 22. There are other pre-order incentives, but they are mostly cosmetics and related to combat styles. If you look at the PSN listing for Rise of the Ronin, it says all of the pre-order content can be obtained in-game, so buying the deluxe edition only gets you some things earlier than you normally would.
