The update 2.0 download size is 25.4GB but can vary across different platforms. Once you’ve downloaded and unpacked the update, the overall size is around 60GB.
And like most DLCs, the total size of the base game will reduce once you download the new update 2.0 thanks to the newly added optimisation features to make the game run better. And if you’re downloading the Phantom Liberty expansion altogether, you’ll need about 100GB to download both files.

On this fresh and dangerous journey, you’ll meet new characters and forge alliances along the way including FIA agent Solomon Reed who is played by Idris Elba. The Phantom Liberty expansion will also see players explore new locations such as Dogtown as well as some of the most dangerous streets in Night City.
