After narrowly missing out on scooping up The Cradle from the Vorkuta base in the Under the Radar mission, the gang returns to the Rook alongside a new prisoner, Harrow. During interrogation, Adler spots a device in her forearm, suggesting Pantheon is tracking her movements and planning an imminent attack on the safe house. As Pantheon approaches, the gang gets to work fortifying the Rook and trying to extract more details from Harrow using questionable interrogation methods.
In this guide, you’ll find a full walkthrough for the Black Ops 6 campaign’s tenth mission, Separation Anxiety. We’ve ordered the guide based on mission objectives, which you can jump to via the list on the right as required.

Reveal Pantheon’s Plans
Once you gain control of Jane Harrow, move towards the house in the distance with the spinning debris around it. Follow the child inside and out of the house. Press on down the path through the door frames until you come to a bedroom. Interact with the crying child on the floor next to the bed.
After the short cut scene and when you gain control of child Jane, head through the door out of the bedroom. Jane’s mother will instruct her to stay under the bed. Crawl under the bed. Wait there and listen to the dialogue with Marshall. Once you’re back in the floating bedroom, interact with the mirror.
Gather Shards to Restore the Mirror
You’ll be presented with a scavenger hunt that tasks you with finding three mirror shards.

Complete the Scavenger Hunt
A cryptic note suggests you need to find clues for numbers then put them in a specific order: Desk, Scouts, and Tea Party.
Head the quest marker to the north closest to the bed. Open the door and go through. Climb up the stairs and crawl under the bed. Open the door and go out onto the balcony and interact with the note resting on the toy horse on the floor. The clue notes: ‘They came for tea and friendly chat. Count the guests and double that.’ There are four toys on the ground (horse, doll, deer, and dog). Double them and we get the number 8 – our first clue.
Jump off the balcony then re-enter the building and go out the door on the ground floor at the back. Take a left and enter the door on the building ahead. It has trees, a campfire, and child Jane crying inside. Read the note on the shelf: ‘Count them all and let’s begin. Trophies minus badges will get the win.’ There are six trophies and five badges, giving us our next clue – the number 1.
Head back to the bed out in the snow and go towards the third objective marker. Follow the building left to find a door. Go through the building until you come to a blackboard next to a desk at the bottom of the stairs. Interact with the note: ‘Working hard, wanting more. Always seek the highest score.’ There are three graded tests on the table. The middle one has the highest score, giving us our third clue – the number 9.
If we refer back to the original note, we can deduce that the solution is:
- Desk – 9
- Scouts – 1
- Tea Party – 8
Return to the bed and enter the code 918 into the box at the foot of the bed. You’ll get a shard. Place it on the mirror. Get out from under the bed, open the door, and help Jane’s mother on the floor.

Power Up the Generators
Switch on the flashlight, go through the door, and up the yellow ramp on the left towards the shard. You’ll drop down to the floor. Press the button on the stand ahead of you. You’ll need to fire up four generators to run power to the lift. Ahead of you is the first generator by a wall marked with B2. Start it up and kill the two Jane zombies that crawl out from under the shutter.
Make your way over to the next objective marker by the wooden panels. Navigate your way through and reach the generator. Start it up. Take out the Jane zombies that spawn on the soft blue mats ahead then climb up them and exit the wood panel maze.

Head over to the next objective marker on the left near the containers. Go through the gap by the statue and follow the path then enter the container on your left to find the generator. Start it up then deal with the zombies that spawn in front and behind you.

Make your way over to the last objective marker. There’s a door to the far right of the fence you can go through. Move forward then take a left near the ammo box and under the miniature tank. Reach the generator and fire it up. Make your way back to the lift, taking out the Jane clones as you go. Press the lift button. Climb the yellow ladder then jump onto the ramp and retrieve the shard. Place it on the mirror.

Defend the Safehouse
After a short cut scene, you’ll be back in the Rook, ready to face the Pantheon assault. Follow Marshall out to the front of the mansion. Find cover. It’s worth placing a few mines on the road to help clear out Pantheon. Wait for the onslaught to start. The waves arrive either from the north, the west, or the east. Use the planted C4 to clear out elites when possible. After a few waves, an ATV will show up. Grab the rocket launcher near the entrance to the house then destroy the vehicle. Take out the snipers on the ridge, then clear out any stragglers.
Gather Shards to Restore the Mirror – continued
You’ll jump back to Jane’s drug-induced visions. Go through the door ahead and you’ll appear in a CIA building. Walk down the corridor, take a left, and open the door near the chairs. Evil Harrow will kick you and you’ll land in an obstacle course. You’ll need to complete it before the timer runs out. Every time you die or the timer runs out, you’ll start back at the beginning. Any items you find on the way you get to keep to make future attempts easier.
Jump the platforms and head through the room with the explosive barrels. Grab the gun in the supply box and shoot the enemies on the next platform. Get the grappling hook from the supply box. Grapple over to the next platform, take out the enemy ahead then grapple over to the platform on the right. Gun down the enemy, and grapple over the last platform on your left. Open the door to complete the course and head back to the CIA office.

Study the picture on the wall, then grab the floppy disk that’s pushed under the door. Insert the disk into the computer. You’ll need to solve a cypher. The solution is PANTHEON. Turns out the murder of Jane’s parents was ordered by the CIA. Open the closet doors. Interact with the body on the floor. Exit the office, take a left, and follow the corridor to the elevator.
Press the elevator button and complete the quick time events. Shoot the Jane clones with the shotgun then again with the heavy machine gun and double pistols. Place the final shard on the mirror.
Defend the Safehouse
You’ll beam back to the Rook. Pick off the enemies on the level below, focusing on the elites first, particularly the mortar one near the shed. After clearing the first wave, head to the shack with Adler.
Deploy Sentry Turrets
Once there, grab the Sentry Turrets near the large door and place them outside. Hunker down and fend off the waves. Head back to the house when prompted. Set up there and take out the two advancing mini-gun elites.
Destroy the Bridge
Head inside the house to the objective marker. Clear out the enemies and make your way to the front of the house. Clear out the Pantheon soldiers there then press on to the bridge. Let Felix plant the C4 while you defend. When he falls, run in and drag him out, shooting soldiers with your pistol as you go.

Reveal Pantheon’s Plan – continued
You’ll once again take control of Jane. Interact with the mirror on the left of the room, which will take you to Avalon. Go into the building ahead and deal with the Jane clones and the soldiers. Move towards the objective marker then up the stairs to get the height advantage. Clear out the enemies below and veer right into the next room. Take out the elites then interact with the mirror.
Hanging from the helicopter, shoot the Jane clones jumping from the building then those in the helicopter. Complete the quick time event to cut the rope then run forward towards the helicopter. Jump off and Woods will save you. With that you’ll have completed the Separation Anxiety mission and bagged the Capitol Punishment trophy. Up next is the Checkmate mission.
