With the Steam Summer Sale having now begun, here are some of the best FPS game deals we’ve spotted so far.
With games like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Destiny 2 keeping players hooked on one of the most popular game genres, there’s no question as to why people might be looking out for the best FPS deals. The Steam Summer Sale runs between 29th June to 13th July, and in that time we expect some of the best games to get discounted.

Here are some of the best games we’ve seen on sale in the run up to the Steam Summer Sale this year. These deals will have likely expired by the time that the sale actually starts, but there’s going to be a few more added when the event actually kicks off.
FPS games we’re hoping to see during the Steam Summer Sale
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
- Doom Eternal
- BattleBit Remastered
- Halo: The Master Chief Collection
- Trepang2
Those are some of the top five games we’d most like to see discounted at this year’s Steam Summer Sale. There might be a few odd names on the list, like BattleBit Remastered and Trepang2, both of which are relatively new. Luckily, the Steam Summer Sale is well known for adding on tasty discounts to some of the latest games. While they won’t be huge, they very well could be there.
Will BattleBit Remastered be in the Steam Summer Sale?
Many people out there will be wondering if BattleBit Remastered is going to feature in this year’s Steam Summer Sale. It’s important to remember that the game only released a few weeks ago, and while it doesn’t cost a lot at the moment, there’s not really much evidence suggesting that it’s going to go on sale.
That said, as we’ve previously mentioned, it’s possible that it could be featured, however this entirely depends on whether or not Steam decide to discount it. We have seen some games discounted in the past, despite their closeness to release, so it’s possible.
