Players have explored a great deal of Faerun’s secrets already and Pandirna appears to be yet another mystery. You’ll find her paralyzed in Druid’s Grove and have a variety of choices to pick from on how to approach the situation. Larian Studios ensured that the outcome of every decision is felt and that there are no wrong dialogue options. Unexpected consequences are natural in the D&D world. Also, knowing spells like Lesser Restoration will help you out on this quest. Here’s a breakdown of the predicament Pandirna finds herself in and how you can help her.

Where is Pandirna in Baldur’s Gate 3?

You’ll find Pandirna in a locked cabin at the back of Druid’s Grove. The building is just before the prison door where Sazza, the imprisoned goblin, is being kept. While there’s a guard around, you can usually lockpick the door without them noticing. A Rogue like Astarion should be able to pick the lock easily. You need to pass a Sleight of Hand – 10 check. You can also enter from the back by jumping past Sazza’s cage and to a ledge on the east. Just watch out for the Malnourished Torchstalks here. Inside, you’ll find Pandirna sitting on the floor. A cutscene will reveal a very annoyed Pandirna, a young Tiefling girl. Here are the choices you’ll have while interacting with Pandirna in BG3:

  • I’m just looking around.
  • [Insight] Study her face and try to read her emotions.
  • [Persuasion] Don’t worry. I’m here to help.
  • [Deception] I’m afraid I can’t. I’ve been placed in charge of this area.
  • [Intimidation] Hush, girl. Another word and I’ll snap your neck.
  • Attack her.

If you tell her you’re ’just looking around,’ Pandirna will alert the guard outside. Not speaking and leaving will have the same result as attacking her. Instead, try to use Persuasion and hear her story. You’ll learn that she’s taken a Potion of Strength that stopped her legs from working. You can try to use Deception instead to freely access the crates in the storage shack. While this trick lets you sidestep this NPC, there’s not much benefit in doing so.

How to help Pandirna in Baldur’s Gate 3?

You can cast Lesser Restoration on Pandirna to cure her paralysis. Shadowheart should have access to this spell. Alternatively, check your inventory for a scroll of Lesser Restoration. Pandirna will thank you and the Tiefling girl will turn a blind eye to appearing at the locked shed and will regain the use of her legs. Note that you can’t steal anything while she’s watching. You can use the Fog Cloud spell to cloud her vision before checking out the chest behind her. I chose to knock her senseless with non-lethal damage instead of using Shadowheart’s cleric spell.

The chest has a cabinet key and some valuables. This key can be used to open the Alchemist’s Cabinet to the right of this chest. You’ll also find out that Auntie Ethel handed her the potion, making her an unreliable figure. The Save Mayrina quest has a whole lot more of Auntie Ethel so try that quest out in the Sunlit Wetlands.

If you enter this cabin after saving the Tiefling refugees by beating the three goblin leaders, it’ll be deserted. This will let you loot the area with no repercussions. Speaking to Pandirna as Astarion grants a unique option where he’s tempted to bite her as a vampire spawn. But she just calls for the guards so the outcome is the same.

That’s how to help Pandirna in Baldur’s Gate 3. The Emerald Grove will also introduce you to Dammon. Here’s where Dammon is in Baldur’s Gate 3. Also, check out how to stop the windmill, as it’s in the Blighted Village.
