If you’ve finished the game and are looking to do a second playthrough, your only option at the moment is simply to create a new character and play through again. While this is frustrating for players looking for a different experience the second time around, it’s actually not the end of the world.
Baldur’s Gate 3 is a massive game, and you could easily spend dozens, if not hundreds of hours on a single playthrough, depending on how much of the side content you engage with. With so much content, and so many ways to customise your character, every one of your playthroughs can be wildly different. This gives you different challenges to deal with, as well as giving you the chance to take on some content that you perhaps hadn’t bothered with the first time around.

While there is no new game plus mode, that doesn’t mean a repeat playthrough isn’t worthwhile. The game is so big that you could easily do multiple completely different runs before you start repeating yourself.
