Much the same as in Dawnshore, Emerald Stair, and Shatterscarp, there’s a totem for you to piece back together once you reach Galawain’s Tusks. You’ll know the drill by now: a base and six fragments are scattered across the region and you need to track them down to reassemble the totem and benefit from its perks.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through where to find the Totem of Perseverance piece locations in Avowed. For an easier time tracking them down, you can buy the Fragments of the Spoils from Yorgu’s General Wares in Solace Keep for 500 skeyt. It lists cryptic clues for each of the totem pieces.

Totem Core
You’ll find The Huntermaster’s Spoils totem core in the Shrine to Galawain in the northern portion of the southern part of Galawain’s Tusks. It’s southwest of the bridge that leads to the entrance to Solace Keep and just west of Berath’s Bounty. The totem core is on the altar up the stairs in the western part of the shrine. You can run it and grab it or alternatively defeat Congasar and Crusta to get their bounty.

Antler of the Persevering Stag
You’ll find the Antler of the Persevering Stag under the Bridge to the Garden in the southeast of Galawain’s Tusks. You’ll come to the bridge naturally as part of the Our Dreams Divide Us Still main story quest where you’ll have an interaction with the Steel Garrote. To the right of the bridge, there’s a small path made up of descending ledges that lead under the bridge. You’ll find the totem piece next to a body lying near the edge of the cliff.

Antler of the Pursued Stag
You’ll find the Antler of the Pursued Stag in the Pagrun Cache in the northeast of Galawain’s Tusks, northwest of the Lost Village. From the Primordial Depths North Beacon, head north across the lava into the spider cave. Press on into the main chamber and get Kai to burn through the vines three times to clear the path. Use the ledges to press forward and follow the path out of the cave. When you exit the cave, take a right, clear out the xaurips and lava blights, and get Yatzli to clear the illusory wall on the right. Head forward, get Kai to clear the vines, and you’ll find the totem piece on an altar.

Wolf’s Pelt Trophy
To get the Wolf’s Pelt Trophy, head to the very far northwest of Galawain’s Tusks to the Ash Forest Outpost. It’s west of the Ash Forest Beacon fast travel point. The trophy is on the roof of the building on the left, which you can reach via a set of ledges to the left of the building. Climb up, then drop down on your right and enter the building through the hole in the wall. There’s a trap at the entrance so hop over to avoid getting shocked. Use the collapsed ceiling to reach the roof and find the Wolf’s Pelt Trophy.

Hunter’s Arrows of Seeking
To reach the Hunter’s Arrows of Seeking, you’ll need to travel to Mt. Forja via the Mt. Forja Mines. You can find the entrance in the Mt. Forja Quarry in the southwest of the Primordial Depths. You’ll also reach it as part of the Our Dreams Divide Us Still main story quest. When you emerge from the dungeon, follow the path forward, then take a right up a set of ledge to find the totem piece next to a chest.

Hunter’s Arrows of Surviving
You’ll find the Hunter’s Arrows of Surviving in the Lost Village in the northeast of Galawain’s Tusks. Starting from the Primordial Depths North Beacon, travel north across the lava and into the cave. Make your way through using Kai to clear the vines. When you exit, take the path left up a set of ledges. At the top continue forward down another set of ledges that side a lava stream towards a domed ruin in the distance. You’ll find the totem piece on an altar inside the ruin.

Hunter’s Arrows of Slaying
You’ll find this piece in the Slumbering Fields in the southwest of Galawain’s Tusks. Cross the lava river to reach the Slumbering Fields then follow the path up. When you reach the top, note the large ruin on top of a rock formation ahead of you, just west of the Slumbering Fields Beacon. Make your way to the top and you’ll find the Hunter’s Arrows of Slaying sitting in a chest inside the ruin.
Restore the Huntmaster’s Spoils
Once you have all pieces and the base, set up a Party Camp and assemble the fragments into the totem. When activated, The Huntermaster’s Spoils totem confers the following perks and buffs:
- Quarry to Slaughter – increases your damage against prone enemies by 75%.
- Hunting Howl – Second Wind casts Barbaric Shout.
- The Changeling’s Power – +2 Might, +2 Constitution
- Bloodied Hands – critical hits deal high bleed accumulation.
- In Victory’s Raiment – killing an enemy gives you +4% damage reduction for 10 seconds.
- On Victory’s Heels – killing an enemy gives you +20% move speed for 10 seconds.
