Operator Manuel “Chuy” Ordaz Bio
A Mexican soldier who used to serve in a special forces division of Mexico. He was personally recruited by Alejandro Vargas, who then trained him himself. Now that he no longer serves in the armed forces, he uses the combat skills he learned in order to train up a local citizen militia to take on the cartels.
