Mostly As – You should date Noctis!

Noctis is cute and shy, but tries to bluster around it by acting like kind of a dick! Noct’s royal blood means he’s expected to protect the kingdom one day, and this has made him a little rebellious, but he’s also more imperious and composed than some of his friends. He’s got those magic powers too! (It’s always the quiet ones, right?!) Noct is guarded and takes a long time to warm up to people, but when it comes down to it he’ll treat people with basic respect. He will never actually verbally express that he cares for you, and even when he tries to be nice he comes off sounding like a douche! This means that a relationship with him will probably feel pretty one sided, but he’s trying his best! Noct is technically already engaged to a princess, but he ain’t married yet! If Noct ever stares into the middle distance and doesn’t respond to you, don’t worry! He’s just having a flashback to his childhood!

Perfect date: A long walk through the city so he can be passive aggressive at you, and you can start to peel back his layers by killing him with kindness.

Likes: brooding, fishing, talking to people gruffly without making eye contact, black clothes.

Dislikes: Emoting.

Mostly Bs – You should date Gladiolus!

Gladiolus’ family have been guardians to the royal family for years! He looks tough but in reality he’s a big strong sweetheart and is very friendly! Gladiolus doesn’t start fights but he will finish them! His designer beard coupled with the fashion mullet and perpetually open shirt means he’s sure to catch everyone’s eye, but Gladiolus is super loyal, so once he’s yours you won’t need to worry! Gladiolus may bring the muscle to his group, but he’s also the oldest, and his military background means he’s great at keeping everything on track and sticking to the plan. Great marriage material! Gladiolus is very direct and will always tell you what he thinks! He loves the outdoors too, so you’ll be sure to have some adventures, if you know what we mean and we think you do!

Perfect date: A night camping out under the stars (Gladio will protect you from the monsters!)

Likes: Leather, big swords, orienteering, a good fight, oiling his abs, skull jewellery.

Dislikes: Jackets with sleeves, not bringing the smoulder.

Mostly Cs – You should date Prompto!

Prompto is a rebel from the wrong side of the tracks! Unlike the rest of the group, Prompto didn’t grow up around the upper classes so his manners are less refined! He’s very open, energetic, and playful, but sometimes uses humour as a deflection from the sad childhood and chip on his shoulder! He’s blonde! Prompto loves video games and text speak! He also loves chocobos and will always be taking photos, usually of his three friends but this doesn’t need much deeper examination! Prompto is a massive flirt and will always be chasing other people, but his heart is in the right place! He uses guns and stays out of the thick of things, but even though he’s not the most experienced Prompto is always trying to help! At the end of the day he just wants to be valued! You’ll always have a smile when Prompto is around! He’s blonde!

Perfect date: A petting zoo (as long as there were chocobos).

Likes: Photography, saying “Doubltyoo-tee-eff?!”, flirting, chocobos, low-key leopard print, asking to drive the car.

Dislikes: Not being allowed to drive the car, getting his hair wet.

Mostly Ds – You should date Ignis!

Ignis is a staff officer and strategic advisor for the prince, but also his childhood friend! He’s reserved and level headed! He usually acts cool but sometimes he loses it if things don’t go his way! He’s an intellectual hottie and you can tell he’s smart because he wears glasses and has a British accent! Ignis is the most grown up of the group and dresses the most smartly, in dress shirts and everything – he’s got style! Ignis may be the brains of the group, but don’t be fooled: he’s also handy in a fight, but uses a more considered, tactical approach! Ignis likes to be in control: he tries to make sure his friends eat healthily and act responsibly, heals them in battle, and is in charge of driving the car (one could say he’s the… daddy… of the group)! Ignis is very serious and doesn’t have the best sense of humour, so sometimes he doesn’t get the joke! But, underneath his cold exterior, he is a sensitive and caring soul!

Perfect date: Preparing you a gourmet meal before taking you on a coastal drive.

Likes: Fine tailoring, bedazzled driving gloves, cooking, bringing a second knife to a knife fight.

Dislikes: Bad manners, driving at night, only having enough ingredients to make toast.
