Welcome to Heads-up, our weekly feature which gives you an at-a-glance run-down on the games you’ll be able to buy or rent this weekend. Every Monday we’ll pick out the best of the bunch, link to our reviews and previews and keep you in the video game loop so you have enough time to pre-order for Friday’s post. Time to smash open your piggy bank so you can spend its coin-shaped guts.
Worth a look
We’ve only just got hold of most of these so it’s too early to say if they’re definitely worth buying, but we hope a few will score highly come review. Kinect Sports 2 introduces six new sports to the hugely successful formula the original laid out, while House of the Dead: Overkill on PS3 is an enhanced and expanded port of the excellent Wii original.
If you’re concerned that the heavyweight title Battlefield 3 is only in Worth a Look, don’t be too down yet. We’ll bring you our full review later in the week, once we’ve been able to sink some proper time into the multiplayer and worked through the campaign.
