Silent Hill: Origins and Silent Hill: Shattered Memories are both heading to PlayStation Vita “soon”, Konami has announced.

Available for £7.99 each, the digital double-bill will let players enjoy the two psychological horrors on the go, although it isn’t clear whether the two games are simply ports of the existing PSP versions or enhanced versions specifically created for PS Vita.

Konami says that a release date will be announced “shortly”.

Silent Hill: Origins first launched on PSP back in November 2007 and puts players in the role of Travis Grady in a prequel story to the original Silent Hill.

Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, meanwhile, launched on PSP, PS2 and Wii, and offered a unique twist on the series formula, removing all combat as the player guides Harry Mason through a re-imagining of the original game.
