It is a new week which means a new set of Fortnite Festival songs will be hitting the Item Shop. In the past, we have seen many iconic artists come to Fortnite’s new rhythm mode created by Rock Band developers Harmonix. Some of these artists include Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, Paramore, Linkin Park, The Weeknd, and Katy Perry. The latest track list has been announced and this could be one of the best weeks that we have seen so far in Fortnite Festival.

New Fortnite Festival songs are released in the game on the Thursday night Item Shop rotation at 7 pm EST/12 am GMT. On the first day, all of the songs are available to play for free before being cycled in and out of the daily rotation, although during the first week, all of the tracks will appear multiple times. Each Jam Track will also be available to purchase from the Fortnite Item Shop for 500 V-Bucks each.

The songs that will be included in this week’s Fortnite Festival track list are:

  • 2Pac Ft. Talent – Changes
  • Doja Cat Ft. Sza – Kiss Me More
  • Evanescence – Bring Me To Life
  • Jack Harlow – Lovin On Me
  • Nicki Minaj – Starships
  • Slipknot – Before I Forget
  • System Of A Down – Toxicity

From a fan standpoint, this week may be the best list of songs to come to the game. As an avid 2Pac fan he is an artist that I have been hoping would come to the game at some point, can we get a 2Pac skin Epic Games? Evanescence was leaked before Fortnite Festival was released, with it being expected that more tracks from the Fallen album could be released in the future, but Bring Me To Life is undoubtedly the band’s most popular song. Slipknot’s Before I Forget is no stranger to instrument rhythm games, with it appearing in Guitar Hero 3, Guitar Hero Live, and Rock Band 3. The band also recently performed its first concerts with their new drummer Eloy Casagrande who previously played drums for Sepultura between 2011 and 2024. System of a Down is also no stranger to rhythm games, with Toxicity appearing in Guitar Hero Metallica, Guitar Hero Live, and as DLC for Rock Band.

Both Doja Cat and Jack Harlow have been featured in Fortnite Festival previously, with Doja Cat’s Say So, Paint The Town Red, and Woman already being in the game, along with Jack Harlow’s What’s Poppin. Nicki Minaj is making her first appearance in the game, and the song choice is great and one I am excited to check out and jam along to.

Things are heating up in Fortnite as Chapter 5 Season 2 draws to a close, with a live event expected to close out the season, as well as the latest Star Wars collaboration bringing Chewbacca to the game through the first-ever LEGO Pass. Fortnite Festival is also currently in Season 3 which sees Billie Eilish as the featured artist. It has been rumored that the likes of Metallica are set to be featured in an upcoming season too, which should add the iconic metal band as skins in the game.
