Alienware X16 R2 release date window

Announced at CES 2024, the Alienware X16 R2 release date has not yet been confirmed. It will be launching in the US, and based off previous Dell launches, it will be closely followed by a UK and Australia release. Dell are yet to confirm any dates, but be sure to stay updated on this page because we will be refreshing with any new information we get our hands on. Alienware X16 R2 price

Reportedly, the Alienware X16 R2 will hit the markets with a starting price of $2100 / £1,1650 / AU$3,136 (via TechRadar), and will go up to around $2900. Compared to the previous release of the X15 R2 which hit markets at $2910, it’s looking like the X16 R2 is taking a much more reasonable price point.

Dell have described the Alienware gaming laptop as their ‘most premium laptop‘ with a full metal chassis, exclusive AlienFX lighting, and powerful Intel Core Ultra processors. The laptop has impressive specs which should be applicable to smooth, stutter-free gaming, as well as for multi-tasking and handling applications for editing and creative projects. It’s definitely a heavy laptop but we don’t mind that too much if it’s because it’s carrying better quality equipment inside.
