While it hasn’t officially been announced by Nvidia, there are some interesting RTX 4090 Ti specs rumors on the internet right now.

The RTX 4090 Ti hasn’t been confirmed by Nvidia, nor do we know an exact release date just yet, so all information should be taken with a pinch of salt. That said, there’s been some recent leaks that might clue us in to the RTX 4090 Ti specs.

According to reliable hardware leaker @kopite7kimi, the RTX 4090 Ti is going to have the following specifications:

The tweet doesn’t address where the information came from, so we’re of course going to be taking a look at this leak cautiously. That said, TomsHardware also seem to be placing faith in the information.

RTX 4090 Ti specs leaks and rumours

The RTX 4090 Ti alleged specs can then be deciphered as the following:

RTX 4090 Ti potential specs
ProcessorAD102
CUDA Cores18176
Memory24GB GDDR6X
Memory Bus384-bit
Memory Bandwidth24 GT/s
TDP (Total Board Power)600w

None of these specifications are confirmed, though if they’re to be believed – the RTX 4090 Ti looks like it could be a very slight improvement over the RTX 4090. The biggest differences are the increased CUDA Core count and the much higher TBP.

The RTX 4090 is currently the best graphics card available to consumers right now, though if the RTX 4090 Ti is ever launched – it will surely pip that top spot. However, it won’t come cheap.

We’ve yet to hear any news or leaks regarding the RTX 4090 Ti price, so right now we’re only really going to judging the RTX 4090 Ti based on these leaked specs.

The AD102 processor is the same one featured in the RTX 4090 – so if these specs do end up being true there’s going to be an extremely similar performance level from both graphics cards. They’re also going to have the same amount of VRAM, which keeps the gap close between them.

Ultimately though, until the official specs are announced by Nvidia, we’re not going to know for certain how similar the RTX 4090 Ti and 4090 will be.
