EA has released the system requirements for SimCity, Dead Space 3 and NFS: Most Wanted.
Each appears to require similar specs, but Need For Speed: Most Wanted just about seems to be the biggest resource hog of the three.
Each game’s system requirements were revealed via Origin, but we’ve compiled them together in one easy-to-read list below.
SimCity
Minimum system requirements:
- OS: Windows XP/Vista/7
- PROCESSOR: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 4000+ or better or Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 2.0GHz or better
- RAM: 2GB
- GRAPHICS CARD: ATI Radeon HD 2×00 or better, nVidia 7800 or better, Intel Series 4 integrated graphics or better. Minimum of 256MB of on-board RAM and Shader 3.0 or better support.
- BROADBAND INTERNET: Minimum 256 kbps download, 64 kbps upload
Need For Speed: Most Wanted
Minimum system requirements:
- OS: Windows Vista (Service Pack 1) 32-bit
- PROCESSOR: 2 GHz Dual Core (Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz or Althon X2 2.7 GHz)
- RAM: 2 GB
- HARD DRIVE: 20 GB
- GRAPHICS CARD: (AMD): DirectX 10.1 compatible with 512 MB RAM (ATI Radeon 3000, 4000, 5000 or 6000 series, with ATI Radeon 3870 or higher performance) Graphics card (NVIDIA): DirectX 10.0 compatible with 512 MB RAM (NVIDIA GeForce 8, 9, 200, 300, 400 or 500 series with NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT or higher performance)
- Sound card: DirectX Compatible
Recommended system requirements:
- OS: Windows 7 64-bit
- PROCESSOR: Quad-core CPU
- RAM: 4 GB
- HARD DRIVE: 20 GB
- GRAPHICS CARD: DirectX 11 compatible with 1024 MB RAM (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 or ATI Radeon 6950)
Dead Space 3
Minimum system requirements:
- OS: WINDOWS XP (SP3), Vista (SP1) or WINDOWS 7
- PROCESSOR: 2.8 GHz processor or equivalent
- RAM: 1 GB RAM (XP), 2 GB RAM (Vista or Windows 7)
- GRAPHICS CARD: NVIDIA GeForce 6800 or better (7300, 7600 GS, and 8500 are below minimum system requirements), ATI X1600 Pro or better (X1300, X1300 Pro and HD2400 are below minimum system requirements), 256MB Video Card and Shader Model 3.0 required.
- HARD DRIVE: At least 10GB of hard drive space for installation, plus additional space for saved games.
- INTERNET CONNECTION, ONLINE AUTHENTICATION, AND END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT REQUIRED TO PLAY
