Sega has announced that Football Manager 2018 aka Relationship Wrecker 2018 is coming back on November 10. Football Manager developer Sports Interactive has said that it’ll reveal more information on gameplay details sometime in late September. Also confirmed was that, ‘for the first time ever’, all three versions of the game in development will release on the same day.

All budding head coaches who pre-order Football Manager 2018 on PC, Mac or Linux (through an approved Sega retailer) will be able to play the pre-season at least two weeks before the official release date. There’s also a beta, which isn’t dated yet, but if it’s anything like last year’s FM schedule it’ll probably be in October. Progress from the beta can be carried over to the full game, which is always a bonus, unless you’re managing Chelsea and want to pick Diego Costa, who’s too busy being whinging to the Daily Mail in his kecks.

In addition to the pre-order offer, players who buy the game before October 9 and have Football Manager 2017 in their Steam Library will receive a discount of 25%, rather aptly called the ‘Contract Extension Bonus’, on their purchase from Steam or the Sega Store.

Football Manager 2018 on PC, Mac and Linux, Football Manager Touch 2018 for PC, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android and Football Manager Mobile 2018 on iOS and Android will all be released on the November 10, which is a first for the series and gives any football management fan no excuse not to be playing regardless of where they are.
