Wander, a new combat-free fantasy MMO, is set to launch on PS4 in March 2015.

The idea for the game comes from Melbourne resident Loki Davidson who believed there to be a distinct lack of games telling a story without relying on violence.

In Wander you start deep in a forest you can’t remember, occupying a form you don’t recognize. Clues in the environment will help you discover more about what’s happening.

Able to change your form, playable characters include Oren – a walking, sentient tree, as which you start the game; the griffin – with the power of flight; the azertash – with the ability to swim and breathe underwater; and the swift and agile hira.

Each character has its own back stories and specific ways of interacting with other forms and tribes.
