Leaks from the Zenless Zone Zero beta have surfaced, and we’ve just been given a first look at the new N.E.P.S Police Bangboo “Officer Cui” in combat, and honestly, it looks great.

The Officer Cui Bangboo has also appeared on Hakushin (companion sites for MiHoYo’s games), however most ordinary players will not be able to try out the new Bangboo until the Zenless Zone Zero 1.1 update finally drops for real.

There’s a Zenless Zone Zero 1.1 livestream on August 3rd which is going to be a first official look at the Officer Cui in action, but until then, leaked videos seem to be only choice.

In terms of the new Police Bangboo itself, the leaker claims that it’s actually quite difficult to get Bangboo chains working properly, and successful combos do not, in fact, include the Officer firing a glock.

Officer Bangboo’s combos seem to inflict a fair amount of stagger on opponents, though damage per attack is expectedly quite low. This is not particularly unheard of for Bangboos, who typically deal smaller amounts of damage as they’re inactive and uncontrolled entities.

The leaker also suggests the following:

It’s basically a side grade to Amillion. Amillion has no Daze build up, but more damage. Police Bangboo has less damage, but more Daze build up.

In that case, Bangvolver will be the best pick for Jane. Seems like Police Bangboo is just gonna be nice for NEPS team or as a general use bangboo like Amillion.

We’re going to be keeping an eye out for any updates relating to ZZZ’s N.E.P.S Bangboo, and we imagine that there are going to be more leaks coming through as we get closer to the beta ending, and the 1.1 update actually flashing.
