It may only be Monday, but if you’re already making plans the weekend, why not swing by Kent to go hands-on with Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate?

Ubisoft’s upcoming action game will be playable this Saturday, 22 August at The Forum Shopping Centre in Sittingbourne, where players will be able to go hands-on with a new build featuring Evie, the first time the character has been playable in the UK.

The event takes place between 10am and 4pm and promises to include competitions and tournaments, along with a “great selection of gaming entertainment”.

“We are thrilled that The Forum will be the first location in the country to offer shoppers the chance to play as Evie,” said The Forum Shopping Centre manager Rachel Jenman. “I have no doubt the event will be a huge success and very popular with local residents, as well as gamers from far and wide.”

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate launches on PS4 and Xbox One on October 23, with a PC version also due this autumn.
