Nintendo Japan has released a digital version of the tabletop booklet that comes with boxed copies of Super Mario Maker, and it’s free.

The booklet includes breakdowns of levels from Super Mario levels throughout history, as well as introducing players to the basics of course design.
There’s also a page dedicated to an eerily-skinny-looking Mario, as well as screenshots of levels clearly designed to troll the moustachioed hero.
