Sega's Yakuza Kiwami 2 is heading to PC, according to a listing on the ESRB (via Game Informer), which has slapped an 'M' rating on the gangster-'em-up remake.
Yakuza 0 and Yakuza Kiwami have both been released for the PC, so it makes sense that Kiwami 2 is also being lined up for release. The game is a full revamp of the original PlayStation 2 Yakuza 2, released back in Japan in 2006 and in the US and Europe two years later.
While the visuals have obviously received a massive overhaul, Yakuza Kiwami 2 also adds a bunch of new gameplay elements, including additional scenes to help tie together the plot, as well as extra content featuring Goro Majima. It's worth it just for more Majima-san, as he's just awesome.
Sega's Yakuza development studio is currently working on a brand new entry in the series, which will feature Ichiban Kasuga.
