ORIGINAL REPORT: Xbox One launch titles will require between 246MB and 43GB of storage space to install, it’s been revealed.

The list of installation requirements was revealed over the weekend after a number of Xbox One users received their console early from US retailer Target.

The sizes (compiled by NeoGAF) were alleged to have been listed on the Xbox One Games Store and accessible to those who received their console early prior to being blocked from the service.

All Xbox One titles require installation to the hard drive regardless of whether or not they are purchased on disc, with some titles playable midway through installation.

Moonlightswami, one user who received his Xbox One console early, claims that discs automatically install as soon as they are inserted into the disc drive.
