Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella revealed during a 2019 Q1 earnings call (via Game Informer) overnight that the format holder is bringing Xbox Game Pass to PC.

No further details were revealed during the call, so we're not sure exactly when Microsoft plans on moving forward with these plans. Still, it's definitely a major step forward.

Xbox Game Pass features over 100 titles for a monthly subscription, and Microsoft has pledged that all first-party titles will arrive on the service on launch day. This year we've seen the likes of Sea of Thieves and Forza Horizon 4 arrive day and date with their retail counterparts, for example.

Still, Microsoft's first-party output has been a bit patchy this year, although things will kick up a gear with the arrival of the highly anticipated Crackdown 3 in 2019.
