A new trailer for the WWE 2K20 Roman Reigns Tower teases that the final boss for the story mode could be Brock Lesnar.
We knew that Reigns would be central to the Towers mode for this entry, but now we’ve received a little more detail on how it will play out. ‘If I imagine my WWE career as a climb up a mountain, then Brock Lesnar is at the peak,’ Reigns said in the trailer, recounting his rivalry with the Raw wrestler. This could mean that the Tower will finish with Brock Lesnar’s defeat at SummerSlam 2018, where Reigns ended Lesnar’s 504-day reign as champion and walked away with the Universal Championship.
Additionally, the trailer showed off the other competitors Reigns will fight during his dedicated Tower mode. Gameplay footage of Reigns walloping The Miz and Braun Strowman confirmed that both of these fighters will appear in this section of the game. We could also expect to see Scott Rollins, Randy Orton, and Dean Ambrose, as Reigns had rivalries and punch-ups with these wrestlers at key moments in his career.
2K Showcase: The Women’s Evolution is another feature in WWE 2K20 that will offer more narrative driven content, following the careers of Becky Lynch, Bayley, Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks. This entry will be the first game that will allow players to compete as male or female Superstars in the MyCAREER mode and Mixed Tag matches.
